Day bag: If the weather is suitable we usually go off campsite for the day on a hike, so please bring a day bag large enough to carry waterproofs, drinks bottle, cup and a packed lunch.
Food: Usually a packed lunch or a snack is required. A treat such as a chocolate bar can be a good energy boost during a hike. A large drink is always required.
Medications: Please provide any medications and written instructions enclosed in a ziplock bag with the cubs name visible from the outside of the bag.

Sleeping Equipment: Sleeping bag, Pyjamas or Tracksuit, Hat, Bed socks, Teddy. Optional: Pillow
Toiletries: Towel, Toothbrush, Toothpaste, facecloth
Utensils: Plate, bowl, drinking cup, spoon, fork, knife, drinks bottle.

Swim gear: Swimsuit or swim togs to wear under a wetsuit (If you have your own wetsuit, please bring it)
Footwear: Must have hard-soled footwear to protect the soles of feet in outdoor environment (old runners are suitable)
Drying Off: Don't forget a big towel for afterwards!!
Storage: Wet-gear should be stored in its own bag to protect the rest of your gear getting damp/wet
